Beach walk
A wonderful way I find of starting my day is to take a walk along the beach. It is amazing how nature whether water or trees seem to soothe one's soul. Of course my four legged friend is always eager to lead the way. In this time whether others share the space or not I recharge my self and marvel at how perfect nature is even in the imperfections. It is a pity humans don't view themselves the same way.
No matter where you live we are fortunate to have trees, parks or water close by. Treat yourself by taking time out for a walk. It has so many benefits and a great way to meditate without even realising you are. Enjoy.
