Sit and be still

Sit and be still for time is irrelevant. This space is all that is and never repeated in it's same momentum.

We hear you load and clear, like the rain on a tin roof. We watch you fall at times into the gutter but then through the falling you flow . Like the water feeding natures trees and earth, you feed your soul by growing through your experiences.
